Getting Ready

We are going on a trip.  I won it!!! So now, something close to the very top of my wish list, or bucket list or lottery list, whatever you'd like to call it, is going to happen.  In January it seemed so very far away ... but this time next week, we will be flying towards Peru.  I've been trying to figure out how to let my friends and family know what we're doing and show them at least some of the thousands of photos I'll probably take.  I could have just loaded the photos onto Picasa Web Albums, or Flickr, but there isn't enough room in the free sections, and I can't figure out how to buy more room without entering financial information on my computer, which I will not do.  There doesn't seem to be a way to use those prepaid Visa or American Express cards.  I'm starting to wish everything could be bought through the iTunes Store ... at least the iTunes card is easy to purchase and use.


Anyway ... this is my first attempt at this, so I will need to do a few more of these and watch some more of those YouTube how-to videos so I have it all down pat before we leave.  

Just in case you need to know - the photo doesn't have anything to do with this blog, I just wanted to put one in to see how it works.
